تأتي هذه الورشة تنفيذا لتوصيات اللجنة التوجيهية لمركز التميز العربي في اجتماعها الثالث المنعقد في دمشق خلال الفترة 15-16/12/2002 وذلك من خلال برنامج "الإنترنت وتكنولوجيا المعلومات" والذي يقوده مركز البحوث والدراسات للاتصالات في تونس.

الأهداف الرئيسة لورشة العمل تكمن في توفير الفهم المشترك لمبادئ الأمان والسرية والى إلقاء الضوء بعمق على الجوانب الإدارية والفنية والتجارية الخاصة بها والمبنية على الحالات الدراسية لأفضل التطبيقات في تونس والأردن وبعض الدول الأخرى.

وتتركز المداخلات على المحاور التالية:

  الوعي بأهمية الأمان والسرية للشبكات والأنظمة.

  سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الأمان والسرية.

  تطبيقات إدارة سرية الشبكات والأنظمة .

 مبادئ وهيكلية ونماذج الأمان والسرية.

 البيئة القانونية.

Reference is made to the recommendations of the 3^rd Steering Committee Meeting (Damascus, 15-16/12/2002). This workshop is one of the activities of the “Internet and Information Technologies” Program lead by the Centre d’Etudes0 et de Recherche des Télécommunications (CERT) - Tunisia.

The main objectives of the workshop is to provide profound understanding of the security principles, and to have more insights into the management, technical and commercial aspects of security based on real case studies of the best practices in Tunisia, Jordan and some other countries.

The target groups are senior and middle professionals in Networks and system security from the Administrations, Regulatory Authorities, Operators and Service Providers, in addition to the facilitators / trainers who are dealing with such issues or who will be prepared to handle these tasks in the future. 

The workshop will focus on the following axes:

- Security Awareness.

- Security Polices, Procedures and Standards.

- Security Management Practices.

-Security Principles, Architectures and Models.

-Telecommunication Networks Security Structure.

- Legislative Environment.
